I typically work with seed-stage or established startups that need ongoing, focused development. Best fit: founders who want consistent progress without hiring full-time or managing agencies. It varies by project complexity. Some weeks deliver major features, others focus on bug fixes or infrastructure. You get continuous daily work, not fixed deliverables. Average task turnaround is 48-72 hours.

A task is a single, focused piece of work - like "add user authentication," "build contact form," or "integrate Stripe payments." Complex features may be broken into multiple tasks. We discuss and agree on task scope during development.

Large features are broken down into smaller, manageable tasks that can be completed and reviewed individually. This ensures continuous progress and lets you provide feedback throughout rather than waiting weeks for a big delivery.

Yes. Pause or cancel directly through the Stripe portal with no penalties or questions asked. Your subscription status updates immediately.

When you pause, billing stops immediately and your task board remains accessible (read-only). Resume anytime - I'll pick up where we left off. Perfect for when you're waiting on decisions, content, or simply don't need development for a period. Note: Bug fixes and maintenance are only included while actively subscribed.

Your subscription automatically pauses for those days at no charge. You're never billed for time I'm unavailable.

Yes. All development happens in your repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket - whatever you use). You own everything from day one - code, documentation, and infrastructure. Zero vendor lock-in.

WhatsApp, email, or Slack for quick questions. Task board comments for detailed discussions about specific work. All communication is async - no scheduled meetings unless you request one.

I revise based on your feedback until you're satisfied. Each task goes through review and refinement cycles at no additional cost. If we're fundamentally misaligned, you can cancel immediately with no penalty.

The weekly retainer works for single tasks too. Subscribe, I complete your task, you cancel. However, most clients find ongoing value in having a dedicated developer available as new needs arise.
