**What's included:**

- ✅ Senior developer
- ✅ Under your brand
- ✅ Continuous progress
- ✅ Stop anytime
- ❌ Meetings overhead
- ❌ Scope creep
- ❌ Hiring costs

**Get started:**

- [Ask Jurij](mailto:jurij@varstatt.com)

## Portfolio

- **Redesign & V2 development of SOAPNoteAI, an AI charting assistant for busy clinicians** — [soapnoteai.com](https://soapnoteai.com)
- **Initial launch of TenderPilot, an AI-powered tendering software for Australian SMEs** — [tenderpilot.ai](https://tenderpilot.ai)

## Say Yes to What You Can't Build

- **A Quote for Every Job** You pay by the week, not by the project.

- **Jobs Too Small to Hire For** A Stripe hookup or a CRM webhook is one task.

- **A New Stranger Every Time** The same [one person](https://varstatt.com/principles/philosophy/solo-model) every week, who learns each client's code once.

- **Quoting Blind on Inherited Code** The code gets read before you price the work.

- **Overflow in Waves** Pause when the pipeline runs dry.

## You Sell, I Build

**You Own the Client**

- The brief, the meetings, the revisions

- The invoice and the price you charge

**I Own the Tech Side**

- What a request takes and risks, before you quote

- How it is built

- Keeping it running after launch

I don't talk to your client, and nothing carries the Varstatt name.

## Inherited Code Gets Read First

| Area | Finding | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Access | Repository, hosting, database or keys still in the last developer's name | Moved into your client's name first |
| Security | [Keys shipped to the browser](https://varstatt.com/jurij/p/when-polish-over-security-costs-real), database rules that let anyone read | Calls move to a backend, with real database rules |
| Load-Bearing | Logic that breaks when touched, known only to the last developer | |
| Production | An app that had gone years without a deploy | Versions and dependencies first, features after |

The fixes then join your task board in that order.

## Who It's For

**Right For**

- Marketing, ads, SEO and branding agencies

- Design studios whose designs need building

- Productized-service operators with the same gap

**Better Elsewhere**

- Hourly staff augmentation, or tickets with the decisions made *A staff augmentation firm*

- Mobile apps, or app code outside JavaScript and TypeScript *A developer of that stack*

- A price per project, or a referral split *A per-project freelancer*

- Several jobs built in parallel *A white label agency with a team*

## How It Works

A simple, predictable and transparent process that eliminates development headaches.

1. **Subscribe** — One task board for all your clients' work. Work starts the next working day.
2. **Setup** — Repository, hosting and accounts in your name or your client's.
3. **Plan & Develop** — Each client request becomes a task, in your order. I flag what a brief leaves out, then build.
4. **Review & Refine** — You review before your client sees anything. I revise until you're satisfied.
5. **Progress** — You approve each task and present it as yours. I take the next.
6. **Maintain** — You report issues anytime; I handle them first.

## FAQ

### What is white label web development?

Web development an agency sells under its own brand while a partner builds it. Here the partner is one developer, by the week.

### What counts as one task?

One focused piece of work for one client, like *connect the contact form to the CRM*. Bigger jobs split into several; routine upkeep counts as tasks too.

### Is a client's old code safe?

Week one answers it, before anything changes. If the code is past saving, a rebuild runs [beside the live app](/x/founders/app-modernization).

### What do we need for a code handover?

The repository, hosting and database accounts, every API key and the domain. A free [DNS lookup](/toolkit/dns) shows where the domain points today.

### Who owns the code?

Your client or your agency, from day one: I'm a contributor, [never the owner](/principles/philosophy/client-owns-everything).

### What's the tech stack?

Client sites run on any stack. Inherited apps and automations stay JavaScript and TypeScript, on my [default stack](/principles/delivery/default-stack).

### What if our pipeline runs dry?

Pause in the Stripe portal: billing stops at once, and you resume with no re-onboarding.

### What if the work isn't right?

I revise until you're satisfied, and you see the work before your client does. Still not working? [Cancel any week with no penalty](/principles/partnership/exit-freedom).

### How do we get started?

Fill in the [project form](/start?cta=white-label-development-faq), about a minute. I reply the next working day; if it fits, with a first plan and a call invite.
